Childbirth

• Classes

  The dedicated staff at Mercy encourages you take part in these special childbirth courses to make this time in your life the most memorable possible. Click here for a listing of classes that range from childbirth orientation to infant CPR and babysitter classes.

  Labor &Delivery Suites

  Our beautifully decorated L&D suites are designed to make your the birth of your child the most special possible. With spacious labor and delivery rooms furnished in a homelike atmosphere, you are sure to feel pampered from your surroundings and our competent, caring staff members.

• Local Newspaper Announcements

  With parental consent, the locals newspapers print birth announcements weekly listing the births at Mercy Medical Center. Mercy's Marketing Department also places an advertisement in the local newspapers announcing the prior month's births.

• Web Nursery

  Now you can show the whole world your new baby born at Mercy Medical Center! If you have friends or family that have access to the World Wide Web, they can log on to our website and receive information and a photo of your newest family addition. The information will stay on our web page for one year.
