Epanel Registration

Sisters of Mercy Health System would like to welcome you to the registration page for our online customer panel (e-panel). Customer panels have proven to be a great way to gather feedback about your healthcare experiences and expectations. And though traditionally customer panels are held in-person, with the web we can conduct a shortened version and collect your opinions over the Internet.

"How Do I Qualify for the e-panel group?

• You must have received services from your local Mercy provider within the last six months
• and/or be a current member of Mercy Health Plans

*If you currently are employed by Mercy, we thank you for your interest but ask that you do not register in our e-panel group at this time.

Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail invitation to participate in the first survey within a few weeks. We estimate that the survey should not take longer than 3-5 minutes. Please note that your participation and feedback remains confidential and will only be used for internal marketing research. In addition, you will never be asked to purchase anything as a result of your participation in this group.
