Welcome to Doctor Finder by Mercy, where finding the right physician is simple.

If you or your child don't have a primary care physician, we'll help find one for you based on what's important to you -- location, insurance plan, etc.  Please note that some specialists require a referral from a primary care physician, so establishing with a primary care physician is important.

Requests are processed weekdays from 8 to 5, but you can fill out this form anytime.  Requests made after 5 p.m. or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
